On the basis of this profile, we will manufacture a polyester tank that meets your operational requirements.

In house production of polyester tankers

• Special heart shaped design:  designed by BAUER in CAD and fabricated in molds of our own production
• Made by so called "hand laminating procedure". This procedure guarantees highest quality materials with high strength and low wall thickness
• Low center of gravity due to the heart shaped form
• Standard large tyre cut outs for large tyres and the possibility of adjusting the axles
• The special Gelcoat coating on both sides, which is also used in yacht building, provides optimal protection against UV radiation

The pump - the heart of any pump tanker

The big advantage of a Bauer eccentric rotor pump is its high pumping capacity. The extra large intake housing with the standard contaminant draining flap serves as protection against heavy foreign matters. A hardened concave rotor, paired with the stator, guarantees high durability. The pump head, bedded in an oil bath, is protected by a high quality mechanical seal to the pump chamber.

The advantages of an eccentric screw pump:

• mechanical seal bearing with oil filling
• enlarged intake housing
• cover for removing foreign matters

The BAUER centrifugal pump is not self-priming. Here is the advantage of its insensitivity to foreign objects.

•  almost insensitive to foreign objects
•  high and constant distribution pressure
•  stream dynamic cast iron spiral housing

Prepared for distribution of the future

BAUER polyester tankers are prepared for mounting distribution systems for slurry distribution near the soil. Besides the mounting spots on the frame, a moveable axle unit is included as standard. This enables keeping the supporting load the same, especially on later additions. By the use of optionally chosen components, like spring fork harrows, sliding shoe distributors or a disc injector can be mounted.

Technology and design

Based on well proven technology our experienced construction engineers design new components and equipment. The BAUER slurry tankers are designed in 3D on CAD and therefore the spare parts supply is guaranteed even after many years. Field tests and load tests make each prototype ready for mass production.
